The Art Of Fading
How Barbers use Fades to Create Flawless looks
A fade is a popular hairstyle that is achieved by gradually tapering the length of hair from the top of the head to the sides and back, creating a polished and clean-cut look. It involves blending the hair using different clipper guard sizes, starting from a longer length at the top and gradually decreasing the length towards the bottom.

Fades are commonly used in short back and sides haircuts, and the level of the fade can range from a grade 1 to a skin fade. A grade 1 fade involves cutting the hair to a length of 1/8 of an inch, while a skin fade involves cutting the hair down to the skin.
Barbers often use clippers to create a fade, but some skilled professionals can also use scissors and a comb. It's important to note that fades require regular maintenance to keep the look sharp and clean.
Creating a fade is a straightforward process that involves starting with the shortest guard at the bottom and gradually transitioning to longer guards towards the top. This is achieved by using a combination of clipper guards and blending techniques. For instance, a barber may begin with a grade 1 guard at the bottom and finish with a grade 3 guard on top, seamlessly blending the hair in between for a polished look

I need to be careful that I don't go too high on some grades. But this final look is just right. This taper can be achieved on most haircuts to give it a really outstanding finnish.
